This festival offers exciting programmes to those committed to early music as well as young children just beginning to learn about the world of music. The various locations and genres are of equal attraction to audiences. However, it is guaranteed that the list of featured artists exerts an even greater magnetic force because alongside Hungarian masters of early music we will also welcome international stars to the festival such as the flautist Anna Besson, the harpsichordist Jean Rondeau and the lutenist Thomas Dunford.
Dear Guests,
Please be aware that due to the EU summit meeting in Hungary, significant closures can be expected in Budapest on the 7th and 8th of November, which may also impact transportation to venues of the 4th Haydneum Autumn Festival. For this reason, please reckon on increased travel times to concerts and we urge you to set off earlier than usual in order to be certain of arriving on time.
Further details on road closures and changes affecting public transport are available at the following websites: bkk.hu and police.hu.
Thank you for your understanding and we very much look forward to welcoming you to the festival.
We reserve the right to change the programme and cast.
