Playing and listening to Haydn in Eszterháza is a unique experience.
Among the ensembles performing at the Haydneum concert series for string quartets, organised jointly with the Philharmonia Hungary and realised in cooperation with the Eszterháza Public Benefit Non-profit Ltd., we can also welcome the mentors and scholarship holders of the Sándor Végh String Quartet Programme, which has been announced by the Philharmonia Hungary every year since 2021 to cultivate and develop the Hungarian string quartet tradition.
