August 29 – September 6, 2025 One opera performance, a solo concert, a chamber music concert, two orchestral concerts, a family morning, and a music-historical walk with Ádám Bősze await visitors at the III. Haydneum Eszterháza Festival. Audiences can experience Haydn’s Armida, enjoy the splendid piano trios of Haydn and Schubert, immerse themselves in the fortepiano repertoire of the Viennese Classical period, and encounter orchestral works by Mozart and lesser-known contemporaries. The festival will also reveal the essence of “Gypsy Baroque.” The venue is Haydn’s “home,” the Esterházy Palace in Fertőd.
