After recalling Joseph Haydn’s travels in London, his “Paris” symphonies and his living conditions in Vienna, music historian Ádám Bősze will talk about the composer’s stay in Eszterháza in an eight-part series organised by the Haydneum at the Lóvasút Event Centre in Budapest. In addition to his relationships with contemporaries and peers, chiefs, monarchs, princes and charming singers, you can learn about everyday life in Eszterháza, the daily tasks, successes and failures of the court conductor. Take a magical journey through time, accompanied not only by a wealth of images, but also by a wealth of great music!
