Program helyszíne

It is as though an ad hoc quartet of great significance in music history is being re-formed for this particular orchestral concert; after all, it is well known that Mozart, Haydn, Dittersdorf and Vanhal regularly came together in Vienna for the simple joy of playing music. The closing concert of this year’s festival also promises just such a joyous occasion, where Orfeo Orchestra are conducted by Japanese violinist Shunske Sato who is blessed with extraordinary talent. The 40-year-old virtuoso also plays the solo of Mozart’s Violin Concerto in B-flat major, which offers the audience a double revelation alongside the famous Haydn symphony.
