A walk through music history in Eszterháza with Ádám Bősze in the gardens of Esterházy Palace
How splendid was life for musicians in the court of Miklós, who loved pomp and ceremony? Were they well treated, or were they treated like servants? What did they eat, what were their sleeping conditions like, where did they pray or entertain themselves? How did they spend their everyday lives, how did they celebrate? Ádám Bősze seeks answers to these and other questions on his music history walk in Eszterháza, which focuses on the main characters, Miklós Fényes and Joseph Haydn, at each stop.
The walk starts at the Haydn statue in the French Garden and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
