3rd Haydneum Eszterháza Festival
29 August – 6 September 2025
An opera performance, a solo recital, a chamber music concert, two orchestral concerts, a family morning, and a music history walk with Ádám Bősze: these await visitors at the 3rd Haydneum Eszterháza Festival. Audiences can discover Haydn’s Armida, marvel at the magnificent piano trios by Haydn and Schubert, immerse themselves in the fortepiano repertoire of the Viennese Classical era, explore orchestral works by Mozart and his lesser-known contemporaries, and learn about the so-called ‘Gypsy Baroque.’ The venue is Haydn’s ‘home’, the Esterházy Palace in Fertőd.
