\nThe concert lasts approximately 60 minutes, without an intermission.<\/em><\/p>\n
\nAs a result of their research, more than two thousand works have already been digitised; a significant proportion of them are also being prepared for modern music editions. Each summer, selections from this repertoire are brought back to life and performed for audiences by Haydneum\u2019s resident ensembles, the Purcell Choir and the Orfeo Orchestra, led by Gy\u00f6rgy Vashegyi, introducing listeners to works that have remained largely unknown.
\nThe programme thus offers an insight into the world of the eighteenth century\u2019s highly accomplished vocal and instrumental compositions, while inviting audiences on a shared journey of discovery in pursuit of these unique musical treasures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
